Aditi has been in the field of academics since past many years and was the Coordinator for Podar International School for nearly a decade, till recently.
As a defence officer’s wife she has been associated with Army Wives Welfare Association( AWWA) for almost all her life, which is India's largest NGO working for the welfare of Indian soldiers' children, and empowering the Army wives to gain financial independence .
Since Empathy and a leaning towards social service comes naturally to her, she has curtailed her career to fully devote to building Nyaasah. Both her children working in the US permanently has further wedded her to this cause. She is a Postgraduate in Physical Science coupled with a formal training in Counselling from IC3 and Cambridge International, which would stand her in good stead in adding value to Nyaasah as a platform for social betterment.
Anand is an accomplished business leader with over 26 years of experience spanning across advertising, media, communications and consulting industries. A Chartered & Management Accountant by profession, Anand has completed his post graduate diploma in digital business. A keen learner, he has served in various leadership roles as CEO, CFO & COO in companies such as Logicserve, Dentsu, Lintas, E&Y etc. and has a record of achieving rapid and profitable growth through acquisitions, integration and team development.
In his role as CEO at Dentsu India, Anand had initiated multiple social impact projects.
A warm hearted and affectionate homemaker, Radhika comes from a family of teachers. A consistent academic achiever, she pursued her M.A in English Literature followed by a B.Ed. degree securing the top rank in college and 4th rank in Kerala University. She started her career as a teacher and was associated with Lilavatibai Podar High School ISC in Mumbai.
The go to person for issue resolution, she is very passionate about the community service she is currently engaged in. It is her belief and trust that Nyaasah will be an enabler to engage and deliver the same at scale. Encouragement and feedback in all her interactions is what strengthened her conviction in the vision and mission of Nyaasah. It also led to the realisation of the need for such an engagement led with empathy, and the importance of providing emergency care especially for the elderly across the country. Being present for everyone is her belief and going the extra mile is her motto.
Tushar is an industry veteran with 25 years of experience in impacting Technology enabled business outcomes. He’s managed executive leadership roles at several Technology MNCs including being the Enterprise Business Head at SAP, CEO for B2B Business at Airtel, Managing Director at Accenture, and most recently India Business Head at the Robotics Process Automation firm, Automation Anywhere.
He’s an MBA Finance from NMIMS and a Mechanical Engineer from VJTI. He strongly believes that educational pedigree must translate into a sense of responsibility towards the vulnerable sections of the society.
He’s taken a sabbatical to specifically pursue his long-term dream of creating social impact at scale, and is presently focussed on building & incubating Nyaasah. His core belief is that Empathy is the most understated need in this world, and he’s passionate about ensuring Empathy remains at the centre of everything we deliver at Nyaasah.
Our Mentors
Samiir Halady is a marketing professional with 25 + years of experience in Marketing of which 16+ purely in digital strategy. He didn't allow his end stage kidney disease to affect his morale and has been making a qualitative difference to lives of fellow patients by peer counseling for 16+ years.
Amongst his various seva activities, he also works for conservation of Olive Ridley Turtles. He is also a hiker and photography enthusiast.
Colonel Arvind Gangoly(Retd), a post graduate in Materials Management, served with the Indian Army for 22 years and had the privilege of serving with the United Nations mission in Wartorn, ,Somalia for 3 years for rendering humanitarian aid. He has also taught TQM and ISO 9000 at College of Materials Management, Jabalpur besides managing logistics in North Kashmir. He joined civilian life thereafter, after serving at a director level in Ministry of Defence and worked for 6 years in the corporate world before embarking on an entrepreneurial role in a cold chain logistics company.
He keenly works in the social sector field on improving lives in rural India by developing strategies for horticulture protection and product quality enhancement. Drawing from his experience, he has been advising us on Senior Care basing our approach on touching lives.
